Rose Hollister

Rose Hollister serves as the Managing Director at Hollister Associates, Inc. since August 2017, where the focus is on accelerating leadership, team, and organizational development. Rose also holds roles as an Executive Coach and Enterprise Onboarding Consultant at Genesis Advisers, contributing expertise in executive onboarding and organizational change management. Additionally, Rose is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change program at Northwestern University and has been an adjunct faculty member, teaching courses on change management and coaching. Prior experience includes a Senior Director position at McDonald's, overseeing leadership development for top executives, and leadership roles at Hollister Consulting, Equity Office Properties, and Perrone-Ambrose and Associates. Rose holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's with a Master's in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University.
