David Chandlee

David Chandlee, P.E., QCxP has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. David currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Genesis AEC, where they support the firm as a Project Executive on high-risk projects and provides mentorship to mid-level project managers and engineers. David also oversees the implementation of the firm's quality assurance program.

Prior to their current role, David worked at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson for several years. David served as the Vice President and Facilities MEP Section Head for the Delaware Valley area, leading strategic planning, marketing, and operations for the Facilities Engineering practice. David also held the position of Senior Associate and MEP Section Head in the Newark, DE office, responsible for executing various MEP projects and developing growth strategies for the Facilities Group.

David's early career experience includes working at DEDC, LLC as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager. David served as a mechanical engineer and worked with a major customer, E.I., during this time. David also held the role of Designer/Engineer at DEDC, LLC in the early years of their career.

David also has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
