Josh Blair

Josh Blair has extensive work experience in the field of building automation systems and commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) services. Josh started their career in 1997 as a Northeast Project Manager at Voltec, Inc, now known as ThermoSystems, Inc. Josh specialized in GMP facilities and central plants, overseeing installation, startup, commissioning, and validation. Josh successfully managed multiple projects in the northeast region of the US until December 2004. In 2005, they joined Genesis AEC as an Associate Principal, where they became the department manager responsible for executing all CQV projects and retro-commissioning projects. Josh'sexpertise covers a wide range of facilities such as FDA regulated facilities, research facilities, universities, mission-critical sites, hospitals, and central plants. Josh continued to excel in this role until January 2019 when they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President - CQV Services. As of now, they are still serving in this role.

Josh Blair attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1997, but the degree and field of study are unknown. Josh also obtained a certification as a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) from the Association of Energy Engineers.
