Jamilah has managed properties across New York City for over 26 years, specializing in the management of affordable housing and mixed-income residential units. She’s passionate about serving the underprivileged communities and is committed to providing the highest quality of management services to residents. Ms. Colvert’s extensive knowledge of leasing, LIHTC recertification and Section 8 procedures comes from years of forging relationships and partnerships with various agencies. Jamilah leads the tenant engagement initiatives at their Genesis Y15 Portfolio in Harlem, New York and Sam City.
