Emily Sperandio

Emily Sperandio has extensive work experience in the legal field. Emily began their career in 2003 as an Attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, where they provided mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance advice to public and private companies. Emily'sclients included energy, financial services, technology, industrial/manufacturing companies, and investment banking firms. In 2011, Emily joined Sysco as Assistant General Counsel - Securities, Governance & Corporate Finance, where they served until 2014. Emily then moved on to work at Genesis Energy, L.P. as Senior Counsel.

Emily Sperandio completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2000. Emily then pursued further education at Tulane University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2000 to 2003.
