Project Superintendent at Genesis Energy

Isaac Western has a diverse work experience history. Isaac started their career as an Enginemen in the US Navy from June 1992 to September 1995. After that, they worked as a Restaurant Manager for the Golden Corral Corporation from September 1995 to January 2006. From January 2006 to October 2011, they worked as a Financial Controller at PROFESSIONAL MECHANICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Following that, they joined Rail Solutions of Florida as a Project Manager from October 2011 to October 2013. Simultaneously, they also worked at Genesis Energy, L.P. as a Project Superintendent and later as an Operations Manager/Supervisor/Pipeline Supervisor from October 2013 onwards. In these roles, they reviewed drawings for multi-million dollar projects, ordered materials, managed onsite construction efforts, and ensured work schedules were efficient.

Isaac Western attended the University of West Florida - College of Business from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. In addition to their degree, Isaac has obtained multiple certifications, including "Become a Chief of Staff," "Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies," "Career Essentials in Business Analysis by Microsoft and LinkedIn," "Communication Foundations," "Communication within Teams," "Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals," "Excel Formulas and Functions Quick Tips," "Excel PivotTable Quick Tips," "Excel: Introduction to Formatting," "Excel: Productivity Tips," "Getting Started as a Business Analyst," "Interpersonal Communication," "Leadership Foundations," "Learning Data Science: Understanding the Basics," "Managing Data with Microsoft 365," "Managing Projects with Microsoft 365," "Negotiation Foundations," "Project Management Foundations: Requirements," "Agile Requirements Foundations," and "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling." All of these certifications were obtained in May 2023, except for "Agile Requirements Foundations" and "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling," which were obtained in April 2023.
