Andrea Berry

Andrea Berry has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Andrea began their career as a Human Resources Representative at Hartman Income REIT in 2004. After working there for over a year, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Human Resources Administrator in 2005, and later became a Human Resources Generalist in 2007. In 2007, they also started working at Flotek Industries, Inc. as a Benefits Specialist. Over the years, they have been promoted to Senior HR Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently holds the position of VP People Operations at Flotek Industries, Inc.

Andrea Berry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2015.
