Amy Roman

Amy Roman has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Genesis Financial Solutions since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Populus Financial Group from April 2018 to June 2021. Before joining Populus Financial Group, Amy worked as Senior Counsel at EnLink Midstream from October 2015 to March 2018, and at Populus Financial Group from July 2013 to September 2015. Amy began their legal career as an Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from September 2005 to July 2013. Amy also has experience in the consulting industry, having worked as an Analyst at Accenture from September 2000 to July 2002.
