Michael Vincent

Michael Vincent has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael'smost recent position was as a Unit Manager, Fraud at Genesis Financial Solutions, where they managed a team focused on fraud investigations and mitigation. Michael played a crucial role in onboarding onshore and offshore Fraud phone teams in 2022, including creating and updating work instruction documents, conducting staffing and scheduling reviews, real-time auditing and coaching, and monthly call reviews with offshore vendors. Under their guidance, their direct reports achieved a high level of accuracy in audited work related to internal quality guidelines and compliance regulations.

Michael also served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College and worked as an intern at Gillie Senior Recreation Center. Michael started their career at Akron Racers as a General Employee.
