Sridhar Varri

Sridhar Varri began their work experience in 1997 as a Manager at the Reserve Bank of India and remained in that role until 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Research Analyst at New Century Advisors for a brief period. From 2003 to 2007, they were a Manager at Capital One. In 2007, Sridhar joined Genesis Financial Solutions as a Manager, later progressing to Director, Sr. Director, and ultimately Senior Vice President. During their time at Genesis Financial Solutions, they were involved in various areas such as product/pricing, loan originations, portfolio strategies/account management, operations and fraud strategy and analytics, and portfolio/company acquisitions. Sridhar'sexpertise covered a range of consumer credit products including credit cards, private label, installment loans, student loans, and HELOCs. Sridhar's most recent role at Genesis Financial Solutions spanned from 2007 to the present.

Sridhar Varri completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, although the specific dates are unavailable.
