Wayne Young

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Wayne is responsible for the strategy and execution of Human Resources practices across the Genesis organization. Wayne has more than 20 years of leadership in the Human Resources field including both domestic and international leadership positions along with 15 years in the financial industry. He earned his BS in Sociology from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
