What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team as we expand our footprint in the financial markets. This role will help developers connect with and understand the value of our cutting-edge application development platform tailored for financial services. You will be responsible for driving developer engagement, adoption, and advocacy by creating compelling content, building strong relationships with developers, and refining messaging to resonate with the community.

How You'll Play Your Part
- Convey the platform's capabilities and value proposition to developers, articulating its benefits and the personas it targets.
- Conduct developer interviews and market research to gather insights, build and refine user personas, and tailor messaging to resonate with developer needs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to position our platform effectively and identify unique differentiators.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to align on features, product roadmap, and messaging that resonate with developers and broader market needs.
- Create strategic and market-facing documentation, along with developer-focused content such as technical webinars, videos, and blog posts to showcase our platform’s capabilities and engage the developer community.
- Work with sales and product management to define and articulate the value proposition, develop use cases, and assist in product packaging and pricing strategies.
- Support and participate in developer events and community-building initiatives, fostering engagement and collaboration within the developer ecosystem.
The Experience You'll Bring
- Proven experience in product marketing, particularly with developer-facing products.
- A software development background, ideally with experience in B2B, real-time, or mission-critical systems.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, build user personas, and develop targeted messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of interacting effectively with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and managing technical content, such as documentation, tutorials, and videos.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and the ability to articulate differentiation in the market.
- Bonus: Experience in building and engaging developer communities.
