Andrew Maitland

VP Customer Success at Genesis

Andrew Maitland has a strong background in customer success and leadership roles. Andrew currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success at Genesis Global. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success at Genesis Global and Mendix. At Mendix, they also served as the Director of Customer Success EMEA FSI and as a Service Director. Before joining Mendix, Andrew worked at NetApp UK, where they held various roles including UK Systems Engineering Manager, EMEA Field Services Director, EMEA Field Support Director, Global Support Director for UK & Ireland, and UK & Ireland Field Support Manager. Andrew began their career at Sun Microsystems as a Field Support Manager.

Andrew Maitland attended City of Portsmouth College from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Crofton School in Stubbington Hampshire from 1982 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Andrew obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
