David Kernan

David Kernan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David is currently working at Genesis Global as the Head of Data Analytics and Business Systems, where they are responsible for improving and integrating company information systems. Prior to this, they worked at permanent tsb as a Digital Analytics Manager, leading a dedicated team and implementing agile methodologies. David also held positions at Smartbox Group, Avnet Services EMEA, Ergo, Hughes Blake Chartered Accountants, and Stephens Cooke & Co., gaining experience in areas such as digital insights and analytics, business intelligence, and corporate recovery accounting. David Kernan has a strong background in data analytics and has played a pivotal role in defining and implementing data and analytics strategies in their previous roles.

David Kernan obtained an MSc in Strategic Management (Innovation) from Technological University Dublin in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics at the same institution in 2018 to 2019. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Science (Computing) specializing in Computer Software Engineering at Technological University Dublin. David also holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business awarded by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in 2017 and an MCSA: SQL Server certification from Microsoft in 2013.
