Ben Cahoon has extensive experience in client services and IT management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Service Desk and Switchboard Communications Center at Genesis Healthcare System since January 2014, Ben oversees staffing, workflow, and performance coaching for a team of Client Service Analysts and Switchboard Operators, while also facilitating human resource objectives and continuous improvement processes. Previously, Ben held various technical and management roles, including Field Support Technician at ROWE WIRELESS NETWORKS, LLC, and an Agency Owner at Allstate, where responsibilities ranged from customer service and IT deployment to budget management and HR duties. Ben possesses a Master of Science in Information Strategy, Systems, and Technology from Muskingum University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Akron.
