Joseph Shaeffer Dnp

Joseph Shaeffer DNP, RN, serves as the Interim Coordinator of the RN-BSN & Accelerated BSN Programs and holds the position of Associate Professor of Nursing at Muskingum University since July 2013. With extensive experience in nursing, Joseph has been a Rapid Response Coordinator and Registered Nurse at Genesis Healthcare System since August 1995, working in critical care units. Previous roles include Nursing Instructor for Medical Surgical Nursing at Central Ohio Technical College and Registered Nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Joseph holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Otterbein University and a Master's in Nursing Education from Ohio University.
