Leanne Cowdright, PHR has extensive work experience in human resources and benefits management. Leanne currently holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Benefits at JPMorgan Chase & Co., which they have held since 2019. Prior to their current role, Leanne worked at Genesis, where they held various positions including Sr. Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, Manager of Risk & Insurance Programs, Senior Risk Analyst, and Risk Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing company-wide health and retirement benefit programs, implementing leave of absence processes, administering retirement plans, and overseeing risk and insurance programs. Leanne has a strong track record of optimizing workflows, enhancing team performance, and leveraging technology to improve employee experiences.

Leanne Cowdright, PHR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Goldey-Beacom College, which they obtained between 1997 and 2000. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2017, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2018, and Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University in 2013.
