Wendy Ness

Wendy Ness has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wendy started their career at Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania in 1994, where they served as a Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director for over a decade. Wendy handled day-to-day activities, administered programs, and assisted in policy development. In 2006, Wendy worked as a Human Resource Administrator at Toys R Us, where they interviewed and hired seasonal employees and coordinated orientations and trainings. Wendy later joined Harrisburg Area Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching Business and Management courses from 2008 to 2010. Since 2010, Wendy has been associated with Genesis, initially serving as an Administrator/Regional Executive Director/Rapid Response Manager and currently holding the position of Regional Vice President of Operations/Market President.

Wendy Ness completed their college preparatory education at Red Lion Area High School from 1982 to 1986, earning a diploma. Wendy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation at York College of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Wendy Ness obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Health Care Administration from the same institution in 1998.
