Bertram Schwaderlapp

Bertram Schwaderlapp has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bertram started their career in 1993 as an Innovations Assistant at Brand Ladenbau GmbH. Bertram then worked as an Operations Manager at STAHL SARGFABRIKATION from 1996 to 1999. Bertram also served as a Consultant at SCHULER Consulting GmbH from 1999 to 2000. Bertram joined Genesis Fixtures Inc as a Senior Engineer in 1999 and worked until 2001. Bertram worked at Genesis Innovations LLC from 2001 to 2013, where they held roles such as Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales and Marketing. Bertram then moved on to Genesis Hospitality Corporation in 2014 and took on the positions of Director of Estimating, Project Management and Business Development, and later Executive Vice President. Currently, Bertram holds the position of Customer Relations & Sales North America at F/LIST, starting in 2023.

Bertram Schwaderlapp attended the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Diplom Eng FH degree in Wood Processing and Wood Product Design. Bertram then pursued further education at Colorado State University from 2005 to 2007, obtaining an MBA with a focus on marketing, accounting, and logistics. Prior to their university studies, they completed an apprenticeship as a joiner, specializing in cabinetry and millwork, from 1986 to 1988. Bertram also completed an apprenticeship in timberframing and carpentry, specializing in wood timber construction, from 1981 to 1984. Additionally, they obtained a Fachabitur degree in Bautechnik from Berufsbildende Schule Technik Koblenz.
