Felipe Freitas

Felipe Freitas is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in scientific communications, research, and drug development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Value and Scientific Communications at Genesis Research Group since October 2023, Felipe specializes in writing and editing scientific documents in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, epidemiology, and Real-World Evidence. Prior to this role, Felipe held positions as a Senior Medical Writer at Kanna Health and as a Staff Research Associate at UCL, where key responsibilities included managing preclinical studies and leading research projects. Felipe also contributed as a Guest Lecturer in Stroke Medicine and gained valuable experience as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Fiocruz. Felipe holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from FIOCRUZ and has a strong academic background in vascular biology, inflammation, and veterinary medicine.
