Shailender Chaudhary

Shailender Chaudhary is an experienced Engagement Manager currently at Genesis Research Group, a position held since May 2022, following the acquisition of Market Access Transformation, where Shailender also served as Engagement Manager from February 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Novartis from June 2016 to February 2019, providing patient and market access support, as well as serving as Senior Business Analyst focusing on strategic document development and market analysis. Earlier professional experience includes the role of Business Analyst at WNS Global Services from April 2012 to May 2016, specializing in pharmaceutical business research and team leadership. Shailender holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from Delhi University and completed HSC in Science at St. Thomas School.
