Ricardo Pereira

Ricardo Pereira's work experience starts in 2010 as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant and Customer Support and Maintenance at Conhecer Mais TI. Ricardo then moved on to Normática S.A. in 2011, where they held the position of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant and Customer Training and Support until 2013. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, where they also took on roles such as Project Manager, PMO, Customer Implementation, and Maintenance. Following that, they joined FreeBalance in 2020 as a Functional/Technical Analyst in the R&D department until 2022. Currently, they are working at genesis.studio as a Functional Lead and IT Business Analyst at Hiscox, specifically focusing on Documents Management. In addition to their IT career, they are also the Head Coach of the Senior Women's Roller Hockey Team at Sporting Clube de Portugal since 2022.

Ricardo Pereira's education history includes various courses and certifications. In 2022, they completed the Complete Project Management Fundamentals Course + CERT and obtained a certificate from Udemy. Ricardo also completed the Complete Business Analysis Fundamentals Course + CERT from Udemy during the same year. Additionally, in 2022, they attended a Team Performance program at Sporting CP where they studied the importance of sports truth in anti-doping, and another program on athletic development during critical growth periods. In the field of technology, in 2022, they completed the Jira Fundamentals, Confluence Fundamentals, and Jira Service Management Fundamentals courses, all powered by Atlassian University. Ricardo also attended the FreeBalance Academy and learned about PFM & FMIS Reform Sequencing Tools. In 2021, they participated in a program at Sporting CP on microcycle, training unit, planning, and food strategies. From WOHASU Foundation, they attended a webinar on strategies to change thinking and another one on cultivating meaningful happiness through life's challenges. Ricardo also received a Skating Hockey Coach Level 3 certification from the Federação de Patinagem de Portugal in 2021. In 2020, they attended a program on observation and analysis of play in roller hockey and completed the Master Mindset course from WOHASU Foundation. Ricardo also participated in various webinars and sharing sessions organized by FreeBalance on topics related to sustainability, positive psychology, and COVID.
