Irene Hyo

Irene Hyo Oh, MA, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and people management. Irene Hyo is currently serving as the Head of People at Genesis Therapeutics, a role they began in February 2023. Prior to this, Irene held multiple positions at Tipalti starting in May 2020. Irene Hyo initially served as a Human Resources Business Partner before being promoted to HRBP Lead. From January 2022 to January 2023, Irene worked as the Director of HR Programs at Tipalti. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) FCRA Basic Certification from NAPBS in December 2017 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
