Kim Nicholas

Kim Nicholas has been working in the education field for over 25 years. Kim started their career as a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools system. After four years, they left to start Perspectives Charter Schools, where they served as the founder, principal, and chief education officer for 27 years. In 2019, they left Perspectives to become the executive director of Genesys Works in Chicago. Prior to their current position, they also worked as a consultant for the MacArthur Foundation.
