Stephanie Latarewicz

Stephanie Latarewicz is currently the Director of HR at Genesys Works. Prior to this, Stephanie was the HR Manager at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2020. Stephanie has also worked as a Sr. HR Generalist in the financial industry from August 2014 to October 2017 and as an HR Generalist at TIC Gums from October 2012 to August 2014. Stephanie began their career as a Human Resources Generalist/Benefit Specialist at Apex Tool Group, LLC from January 2010 to November 2012. Stephanie has also worked as a Contract Administrator at Baltimore Aircoil Company from March 2008 to January 2010 and as a Labor Relations Associate at The Baltimore Sun from January 2004 to December 2008.

Stephanie Latarewicz pursued a Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Rollins College.
