Jessica Capelli Beavan

Jessica Capelli Beavan serves as the Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at UK Coaching since February 2022, leading initiatives to foster an inclusive environment and driving support for diverse coach development. With extensive experience at British Gymnastics since 2006, Jessica has held various roles, including Internal Verifier, Tutor and Assessor, and Participation Inclusion Officer, focusing on inclusion strategies, training delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, Jessica has been the Head of Gymnastics at Holborn Community Association, overseeing coach management and club development. Educationally, Jessica holds an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Award and a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Italian.
