Arantxa Palacio serves as the Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Genesys, where leadership focuses on advancing regional growth strategies in AI-powered customer experience and cloud contact center solutions. Additionally, Arantxa is an Ecosystem Connector for WITH, a digital business member of TheNTWK, and involved with the Women Startup Awards initiative that champions female entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes leading the Startup Business at Amazon Web Services, where notable achievements include empowering clients with innovative technologies and driving startup success. Arantxa co-founded tuangeldelaguarda.es and held senior roles at Amazon Ads and Microsoft, contributing significantly to revenue growth and digital transformation. Arantxa holds a Bachelor Honours in Business Administration from the University of Wales, a Master’s in Trade Marketing from CESMA Business School, and specialized studies in Corporate Strategy and Marketing.
