Arantxa Palacio

Arantxa Palacio currently serves as Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Genesys and as an Ecosystem Connector at WITH. Additionally, Arantxa holds a position as a Digital Business Member at TheNTWK, and has been a judge for the Women Startup Awards, which celebrates the achievements of women entrepreneurs in Spain. Previously, Arantxa was the Head of Startup Business for Spain and Portugal at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included leading the Startup Segment in Iberia and supporting clients with AWS technologies. Arantxa holds a Bachelor Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Master’s in Trade Marketing from CESMA Business School.
