David Dieck

David Dieck has over two decades of experience in sales and engineering roles, currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering - Cloud at Genesys since June 2004, where responsibilities include leading the Genesys Cloud Sales Engineer team and driving successful sales engagements with a focus on technical expertise. Prior to Genesys, David held sales positions at CarMax and worked as a Senior Logistics Analyst at ZF Group. David's career also includes experience as a Distribution Center Manager at The Wiz. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo between 1992 and 1994.
