David Trihy

David Trihy is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer at Genesys since February 2018. In this role, David manages a team focused on developing the next generation of Genesys Cloud Voice, while also working on scaling SIP architecture to accommodate an expanding customer base. Prior to this, David held positions as Senior Voice Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Genesys and Altocloud, respectively. Notably, David has a background with Cisco Systems, where work involved cloud-based voice and video collaboration technologies. David completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at University College Cork between 2009 and 2013.
