Eric Thomas

Eric Thomas serves as the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Genesys since May 2018, where Eric established a global strategy for integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into business practices. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Professional Services at both Genesys and Ericsson, where Eric led large teams to implement SaaS and digital transformation initiatives. Eric’s career also encompasses leadership positions at Ceragon Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and MCI Telecommunications Corporation, focusing on professional services, program management, and customer satisfaction. Eric is an active member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern New Mexico University, along with an Executive Management Certificate from London Business School.
