Jon Baney

Jon Baney is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Genesys since October 2016, Jon has achieved significant milestones, including President's Club recognition in 2022 and exceeding sales quotas by 241% in 2022 and 179% in 2023. Prior to this, Jon held roles as a Senior Account Executive and CX Technical Consultant at Interactive Intelligence, focusing on cloud solutions and customer engagement. Jon's earlier experience includes a Graduate Assistant position in Journalism at Ball State University and roles in audio-video production with Moriah Musicals. Jon holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English and Language Arts Education, both from Ball State University.
