Mary Cross

Mary Cross is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Accounting at Genesys since January 2012, where responsibilities include managing the worldwide month-end close process and consolidation of financials for over 45 international entities, along with overseeing general ledger operations for the Americas. Previously, Mary held various positions at Genesys Telecommunications Labs, including Corporate Controller and Consolidation Manager, where management of the general ledger and financial consolidation for North American and international subsidiaries were key duties. Earlier in Mary’s career, roles at Wilbur-Ellis Company, including Corporate Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant, involved comprehensive management of accounting functions, month-end close processes, and reporting for both corporate headquarters and a Canadian subsidiary. Mary holds an MBA in Accounting from Golden Gate University and a BA from the University of Minnesota.
