Rachel Faulkner Perez

Rachel Faulkner Perez is currently the Vice President of External Communications at Genesys, a position held since January 2022, after serving as Senior Director of External Communications. Prior to Genesys, Rachel worked as Senior Director of External Communications at OneAmerica and held several roles at Genesys and Interactive Intelligence, including Director of Global Public Relations. Earlier experience includes directing marketing and communications at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, and working as a consultant and manager in various marketing and public relations roles. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, specializing in Public Relations, with minors in Marketing and Political Science from Anderson University.
