Rob McDonnell

Rob McDonnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and payroll systems, currently serving as Product Owner for HR & Payroll at Genesys since September 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of Workday Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited, where oversight of testing strategy for major Workday projects was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Senior Support Analyst at Workday, where technical expertise in HCM and security was provided, as well as Data Analyst at KONE Corporation, enhancing business visibility through developed sales reports. Additional experience includes roles at SAP, where Rob engaged in technical quality management and SAP HANA implementations.
