Ryan Billingsley

Ryan Billingsley is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience leading development teams and enhancing software solutions. Currently serving as Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer for the Onboarding team at Genesys since May 2019, Ryan has previously held senior engineering roles at DMI, ClusterTruck, and Bradley and Montgomery, where notable contributions included maturing a Ruby API and integrating with Slack. With a foundational background in application development at Interactive Intelligence and Perception Strategies, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in a variety of technologies and frameworks, including Elixir, Ruby, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained in 2008.
