Wren L. is a skilled UX Designer with a diverse background in user experience, accessibility, and strategic marketing. Currently employed at Genesys since August 2023, Wren leads concept testing and collaborates closely with developers and product management. Previous experience includes optimizing UI designs for accessibility at Charter Communications and conducting extensive user research at Publicis Sapient for clients like Verizon. Wren's work has focused on integrating user insights and accessibility standards into design processes while also engaging in creative content development as a copywriting apprentice and intern for various organizations. Wren holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Computing from Southern Methodist University, complemented by minors in Human Rights and Women and Gender Studies.
