Hiba Elshobary

Hiba Elshobary is a seasoned professional in technical support, currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Support at Genetec since November 2011. Throughout her tenure at Genetec, Hiba has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager, Support Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Support Representative. Prior to her time at Genetec, Hiba worked as a T-Mobile Tech Lead at Target from August 2010 to October 2011 and as an IT Support Engineer at Orange Business Services from April 2008 to March 2010. Hiba holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Helwan University Cairo, completed in 2007.
