Angela Elmore

Angela Elmore has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Angela is currently employed at Genetic Signatures since 2015, where they have held multiple roles. Angela started as a Field Application Scientist in January 2015 and was promoted to Senior Field Application Scientist in September 2017. In their role, they supported customers with training, testing, and technical issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Angela also coordinated and conducted technical evaluations at customer sites and worked with industry partners to provide solutions. In September 2021, Angela transitioned to the role of Technical Support Manager at Genetic Signatures.

Prior to their current position, Angela worked at Tecan from March 2011 to May 2014 as a Technical Service Specialist. In this role, they provided customer service and resolved complex technical problems related to laboratory pipetting robotics, readers, washers, scripting issues, and liquid handling performance.

Before joining Tecan, they worked at Beckman Coulter Genomics from May 2005 to March 2011 as a Clinical Study Manager. In this role, they acted as a liaison between clients and the company, managing projects for pharmaceutical companies, educational corporations, and government agencies in support of clinical trials and clinical diagnostics. Angela also managed pharmacogenetic laboratory procedures and techniques and delivered quality data for client projects.

Angela's earlier work experience includes roles as a Molecular Biology Research Associate at Expression Analysis from November 2004 to April 2005, a Scientist at Athenix Corp. from March 2003 to June 2004, a Research Associate at BASF from January 2002 to March 2003, and a Laboratory Technician at BASF from February 2001 to January 2002.

Angela Elmore obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Genetics from North Carolina State University. Angela attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
