Lisha Arora

Lisha Arora has a diverse work experience in various human resources and administrative roles. Lisha started their career as an HR Executive at ISBR Business School in 2008, where they taught MBA students and handled subjects related to organization behavior and human resource management. After that, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Adecco from 2010 to 2013, conducting training programs. Lisha then served as a Visiting Lecturer at Jain University from 2011 to 2014, where they conducted workshops and training programs for various organizations. Lisha also worked as a Professor at Avagmah from 2014 to 2017 and as a Teaching Faculty at Gear International School from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Sahara Services Australia as an HR and Admin Assistant. Lisha then held various HR coordinator roles at Laverty Pathology, Constellation Brands New Zealand, and Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Genetic Signatures. Overall, Lisha Arora has a strong background in HR and admin roles, with experience in training, teaching, and workshop facilitation.

Lisha Arora pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Surana College from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they enrolled at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2004 to 2006 to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Later, Lisha pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Education from GEAR B.Ed. College from 2016 to 2018.
