Beth Redfern

Beth Redfern is currently serving as the People & Culture Coordinator at TP Bennett since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing training and development initiatives, advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts, and overseeing the Work Experience Programme and internal Mentoring Programme. Additionally, Beth Redfern has been a freelance illustrator under Beth Redfern Designs since September 2017 and has experience as a freelance fashion photographer with Dilly Orme from April 2022 to April 2023. Previous roles include Studio Assistant at Luminous, where support was provided to the HR manager and employee wellbeing was promoted, and various assistant stylist positions for campaigns with John Lewis & Partners, Marks and Spencer, and Dobbies Garden Centres. Beth Redfern's educational background includes a degree in Fashion Promotion and Communication with a focus on Styling and Photography from Nottingham Trent University and a foundation degree in Art/Art Studies from the University for the Creative Arts.
