Tony Di Pietro

Tony Di Pietro has a strong background in finance and corporate governance. Tony has held various roles in several companies over the years.

Starting in 2004, Tony worked at Acrux, initially as a Financial Controller and later as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Tony held these positions until 2014 when they moved to Sienna Cancer Diagnostics. At Sienna, Tony served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, as well as an Executive Director. Tony held these roles until 2020.

In 2020, Tony joined INOVIQ Ltd as their CFO and Company Secretary. Tony held this position until 2022, when they transitioned to their current role as CFO and Company Secretary at GeneType.

Tony Di Pietro has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Tony also completed the Professional Accreditation program at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1999-2000. In 2012-2014, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance at the Governance Institute of Australia. Additionally, in 2018, Tony completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
