Frédéric Trémeau

Frédéric Trémeau is a seasoned Senior Project & Product Manager and Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, coaching, and project management across various organizations. Currently, Frédéric Trémeau is integrating the IT team at Genève Aéroport since December 2013. Previous roles include coaching Agile/Lean for state organizations within the Etat de Genève and providing Agile support to teams at Airbus Group and Altran Switzerland. Frédéric Trémeau has also contributed to the implementation of Agile practices in several projects for organizations like SIG and HSBC Private Bank. With a background in computer science education from CNAM and St Michel de Picpus, Frédéric Trémeau has been pivotal in developing and enhancing Agile processes, training, and support across diverse teams.
