Vincent Gros has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Vincent is currently the Head of Aviation Partnerships & Charges at Genève Aéroport since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Air France-KLM in various roles including Procurement Airport Services for North America and Asia from July 2021 to February 2022 and December 2015 to July 2021, respectively. Before that, they were the Handling Contracts & Network Support Manager at Air France - KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo from September 2013 to November 2015. Vincent also served as the Procurement Airport Services for Northern Europe at Air France-KLM from August 2008 to September 2013. Vincent started their career at Air France in 1999, where they held roles such as Operational Economics of CDG2G Project, Ground Handling Sales, Schedule and Staff-Planning Manager at ORY, and Staff-Planning Coordinator. Vincent also worked at IPSA as a Computer Analyst and began their journey in the aviation industry as a Station Agent at Air Inter.

Vincent Gros has a Bachelor's Degree in Production Operation Management from Eastern Michigan University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. In 2003, they received a Black Belt Six Sigma certification in Statistical Quality Control from Delta TechOps. In 1994 and 1995, they obtained a CPIM certification in Production Operations Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society. Vincent also has a Master's Certification in Purchasing Management from KEDGE Business School, which they earned in 2016. Additionally, they have an IUT degree in Information Technology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I), which they completed from 1982 to 1984. Vincent also holds a certification in Production Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS, which they obtained in December 1995.
