Gretchen Hansen, BSN, RN, is a professional with a background in nursing. Gretchen has fulfilled various roles including Care Coordinator and Triage Nurse at Genevive since March 2020. Prior to that, Gretchen worked at Presbyterian Homes & Services from 2013 to March 2020, where Gretchen held positions such as Clinical Administrator, Case Manager, and Visit Nurse. Gretchen began their career as an LPN at Presbyterian Homes and Services from 2010 to 2012. Gretchen holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Anoka-Ramsey Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Capella University.

By applying the best medical knowledge with compassion and respect, our model has been shown to improve lives and health outcomes. From recruiting to training to service delivery, we are raising the standard of accountability for geriatric providers in Minnesota and beyond. To us, this work is a privilege. We wouldn’t think of doing anything else.
