Herman Hendrikson

Herman Hendrikson is an experienced organization advisor and coach with a career spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as an organisatie-adviseur at Genexis and as a coach for the Ondernemingsraad at Twence, Herman also holds freelance positions as a P&O advisor/coach for both Mercuur's Catering & Events and Volkswagen Campercentrum Nederland. Since transitioning to independent consultancy work in 2010, Herman has undertaken various advisory projects across different organizations, including serving as a bedrijfsadviseur at Van der Graaf B.V. and as an interim manager/coach at Connekt. Previous experience includes a significant role as Directeur P&O at Pon Automotive BV, where oversight of HR policy development took place, and advising the Ondernemingsraad at Reinis. Herman's educational background includes engineering studies in aircraft construction at Delft University of Technology and a business course at Nyenrode Business University.
