Abdul Khader

Program Director - Delivery & Technology at Genisys Group

Abdul Khader has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and software industry. Abdul started their career at Blue Star Infotech as a Senior Software Engineer in 2007. From there, they moved on to Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd in 2006, where they served as a Managing Principal Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for product architecting, designing, and development for corporate and retail customers. Abdul also worked on modernization and technology upgrades for Java, Oracle ESB, and databases.

In 2011, Abdul joined Citi as a Senior Consultant, and then in 2012, they transitioned to Tarang Software Technologies, where they held the positions of Technical Project Manager and later Engineering Manager. During their time at Tarang Software Technologies, Abdul demonstrated their ability to manage engineering teams and projects effectively.

Most recently, Abdul has been working at Genisys Group since 2018. In this role as Program Director - Delivery & Technology, they have showcased their expertise in solution realization, solution management, and creating business architecture models. Abdul has consistently shown their ability to come up with effective solutions that address business and product requirements through technical analysis and research.

Abdul Khader has a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Osmania University. Abdul also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers & Electronics from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Abdul Khader has obtained several certifications, including a Klaviyo product certificate from Klaviyo in March 2023, an AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022, and SafeNet HSM Trained certification from Thales Digital Identity and Security (ex Gemalto) in October 2018.
