Head Of Customer Success - APAC at Genius Sports

Jagdish Singh has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer success, sports partnerships, digital projects and communications, operations management, marketing sales, and platoon commanding. Jagdish is currently the Head of Customer Success - APAC at Genius Sports since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Sports Partnerships - Football, APAC from May 2020 to December 2022 and as a Sport Partnerships Manager - Football, APAC from June 2019 to May 2020, both at Genius Sports. Earlier in their career, Jagdish worked as a Digital Projects and Communications project manager at Lagardère Sports from January 2018 to April 2019, where they implemented various initiatives including website redesigning, dashboard development, and media database monitoring. Jagdish also has experience as an Operations Management Intern at Anchor Cleaning Agency in 2016, where they supported the Operations Manager and managed on-ground operations of a project. Jagdish started their career as a Marketing Sales Intern at Speech Academy Asia in 2015, where they coached sales training, oversaw part-timer well-being, and achieved top sales performance. Jagdish has also served as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces from April 2013 to March 2014.

Jagdish Singh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Singapore Management University from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also briefly studied E-Commerce/International Business at The University of British Columbia. Prior to that, they attended Meridian Junior College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, and obtained their GCE 'A' Level. Before that, they completed their GCE 'O' Level with Seven Distinctions at Tanjong Katong Secondary School from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jagdish holds a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management, which they obtained from Coursera in May 2020.
