Kaustubh Garimella

Kaustubh Garimella is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Genius Sports since April 2024, Kaustubh previously co-founded Theia Studios and held the position of Co-Founder & CTO, focusing on innovative RPG game development. As Co-Founder & Head of Product at DraftBuff, Kaustubh contributed to creating a popular fantasy esports platform with over 150,000 players. Prior roles include Virtual Reality Software Engineer at Pixvana, Inc., where Kaustubh developed a cloud-based video rendering engine, and Software Engineer at Microsoft, enhancing the Bing Rewards data platform. Earlier experience includes internships at Epic and MITRE, alongside an educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
