Ben Bartfeld

Ben Bartfeld currently serves as Associate Director, Digital Product Manager for Clinical Trial Oversight & Monitoring at Genmab since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from February 2014 to November 2021, focusing on human factors, industrial design, and user experience for healthcare products and digital therapeutics. Ben's experience includes leading multi-disciplinary teams at Merck in device development and industrial design, where responsibilities spanned risk management and enhancing drug efficacy. Ben's career began at Becton Dickinson as a Senior Industrial Designer, with earlier roles at Ingersoll Rand, and as an Industrial Designer at the University of Cincinnati, contributing to a range of product innovations. Ben holds a Master's Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
