Caroline Neyt

Caroline Neyt is an Associate Director of Clinical Data Management Operations at Genmab since August 2022, where leadership responsibilities include steering the strategic direction of Standards and Systems activities to enhance clinical trial execution. Caroline is an active member of the Standards and Systems Leadership Team, contributing to overarching strategies and resource assessments. Prior to Genmab, experience includes roles at Bristol Myers Squibb from April 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading global library development and cross-functional project management. Earlier career stages include positions at IDDI, UCB, Eurosense, and the European School of Brussels, showcasing expertise in clinical data management and project consultancy. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles.
